Testimony

I worked on my Football performance with Mikael Kerleau for 5 Ligue 1 seasons. We watched around 400 hours of video progressing my choice of tactical spaces and my technical game gestures. When I met Mikael in 1999, I was already a professional. We had just won the Coupe de France with FC Nantes and Mikael told me he could help me improve. As I was curious, I said, "let's try! ".

On the pitch, I immediately felt a progression. I, the Cartesian, appreciated being able to better understand certain technical and tactical issues. For example, the ball grips which are the most relevant and which allow to save time on the opponent, even to unbalance him. I have done with Mikaël about 100 hours of field training aiming to represent myself and succeed in technical actions. for the resolution of tactical situations of professional matches. This work allowed me to structure the spaces of the game, program the effective spaces, visualize the correct actions and add to my background more effective technical forms, while becoming aware of the tactical situations where my techniques were already adapted.

During these 5 seasons between 1999 and 2004, I had the joy of winning the Coupe de France 2000 with Nantes, the French championships 2001 with Nantes, 2002, 2003 and 2004 with Lyon, the trophies of the champions 2002 and 2003 and the Confederations Cup 2001 with the French team.

Individually, I was able to score 5 goals and achieve 3 assists in 4 starts and 6 starts during the game with the France team.I had the honor of winning the UNFP CANAL + trophy for best player League 1 for the 2000/2001 season. I am convinced of the effectiveness of this work which has allowed me to progress and to express my qualities as well as possible.
